There are hundred of volunteer opportunities to serve Christ at St. John's United Methodist Church. Every ministry program and event at St. John's depends on dedicated members who volunteer their time, talent, service, and gifts to God. There are also several committees, councils, and teams that focus on specific needs essential to the life of the church. |
Children and Family Ministries
We are interested in speaking with you if you have a heart for children and a desire to see a child grow in his or her love of the Lord. We have opportunities for volunteers to help with Kingdom Quest Sunday School, mid-week programming, administrative and office tasks, special programming, and with our special Summer activites, such as Vacation Bible School and SMART Camp. |

If God has gifted you in music, drama, movement or dance, science, art or crafts, leadership ability in games or small group activities and discussions, or teaching in a large group setting, then we have a place for you in Children and Family Ministries. We will provide you with opportunities for on-going training and we will support you in your ministry call to children. If you are interested in volunteering, please fill out Volunteer Information Sheet and return it to the church office.
